This career management platform allows students and alumni to access opportunities posted directly by the employer or through Career &amp; Professional Development.<\/p>\n<p>Handshake is also where HPU students can upload their resume for review by a professional Career Advisor.<\/p>\n<h4>Handshake Tip:<\/h4>\n<p>To simplify your process of applying to opportunities on Handshake, your resume needs to be reviewed by the Office of Career &amp; Professional Development prior to applying. To upload your resume to Handshake for review, log into <a href=\"https:\/\/highpoint.joinhandshake.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Handshake<\/a> and go to My Documents under your name in the upper right corner.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<header class=\"article-header\">\n<hr \/>\n<h2 class=\"article-title\" title=\"How to Edit or Delete a Document\">How to Edit a Document in Handshake<\/h2>\n<p><strong>If your Career Advisor is asking you to edit\/re-upload your revised resume, follow the instructions below. <\/strong>For a video walkthrough, refer to <a class=\"article-list-link\" href=\"https:\/\/support.joinhandshake.com\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/219426837-Video-How-to-Edit-a-Document\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Video: How to Edit a Document<\/a>.<\/p>\n<div class=\"article-subscribe\">\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/header>\n<section class=\"article-info\">\n<div class=\"article-content\">\n<div class=\"article-body\">\n<p>1. On the Editing page, you can change the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Document name<\/li>\n<li>Document type<\/li>\n<li>Make the document public (allows employers to download the document)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Replace the existing document by selecting Choose File.
