Temperatures vary widely in May, so be prepared for various weather scenarios.

Regardless of the weather, the Graduation Ceremony will be broadcast via closed-circuit television at the Hayworth Fine Arts Center, Slane Student Center, the Wanek Center Extraordinaire Cinema, and Phillips Hall Francis Auditorium.

Should the Weather plan be enacted:

Every effort will be made to hold the graduation ceremony outside.

In the case of weather that forces the ceremony inside, two different graduation ceremonies will be held in the Qubein Arena on Saturday, May 6. The number of tickets each graduate will receive will be limited. We will be able to provide 4 guest tickets per student in Arena, 2 guest tickets for Overflow. Reminder: You will be notified by 6:15 a.m. on Saturday morning IF the rain plan is enacted. Here’s how it would work:

9 a.m. – Graduation Ceremony for Bachelor of Arts Candidates (B.A.) and Bachelor of Science Candidates (B.S.)

Location: Qubein Arena
Arrival Time: B.A. and B.S. graduates attending the 9 a.m. ceremony should arrive at the Arena by 8:15 a.m.

1 p.m. – Graduation Ceremony for Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Candidates (B.S.B.A.), and all Master’s and Doctoral Candidates

Location: Qubein Arena
Arrival Time: B.S.B.A., Master’s and Doctoral graduates attending the 1 p.m. ceremony should arrive at the Arena by 12:15 p.m.
