Copenhagen Play Reading

January 25, 2020 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Join us for a reading of the play Copenhagen by Michael Frayn, directed by HPU student Emmie D’Amico.

Scientists Heisenberg, Bohr, and Bohr’s wife meet after their deaths to debate the motivations and outcomes of their attendance to a 1941 meeting in Copenhagen to discuss nuclear power.

For guests interested in experiential learning, from 5:30-6:30 pm, the HPU Mobile Lab will be parked outside the Wanek School of Natural Sciences and will welcome visitors with activities that highlight the science concepts relevant to the play content.
