High Point University Campus Concierge, in partnership with A Cleaner World, offers dry cleaning services to students, faculty, and staff.

Dry Cleaning Process

  1. Drop off at any Campus Concierge desk location – remember to provide detail of each item on the form.
  2. You will be contacted via text message when your items are ready for pickup.
  3. Come to Slane Student Center Concierge desk to retrieve your items.
  • We typically quote a 72-hour turnaround (specialty items may take longer; ask if item needs to be rushed)
  • Pay for items/service with General Funds pre-loaded onto your HPU Passport card

Wash, Dry, Fold 

What is Wash-Dry-Fold laundry service?

  •  Wash-Dry-Fold Laundry service includes all items that do not need to be pressed. This includes washing, drying in a dryer on medium heat, and immediately folding.
  •  Dry Clean Only and Hang Dry items will be sorted out, cleaned according to the care label and charged separately.

How much does the Wash-Dry-Fold Laundry service cost?

  • New for 2021-2022! Wash, Dry, Fold Semester Plan. 
    • Weekly Service for 16 weeks for $469
      • The first 16 Wash Dry Fold Bags will be included in the subscription.
      • Each bag over the 16th will be charged $39 per bag.
  • The cost for individual service is $39 per bag.  When you sign-up for the service you will receive a purple Wash-Dry-Fold bag. This bag can hold up to 20 pounds, so stuff it full and close the drawstring.

Can I just purchase a bag?

  •  When you sign up for the service you will be charged $5 for the purple HPU Wash-Dry-Fold bag with a shoulder strap.
  • However, if you’re just interested in the bag you can purchase one for $10. Replacement bags cost $5.

Are towels, sheets, and comforters included?

  • Yes, as long as they fit in the purple HPU Wash-Dry-Fold bag.

How will I be billed?

  •  Your passport will be charged for the laundry service.

How quickly will my items be returned?

  •  Most orders will be returned within 72 hours. Emergency requests can be made if you need your garments back sooner for an additional fee. Refer to chart below.
