STEM Camp in a BOX–Designing Dreams and Building Minds!!!

HPU Stout School of Education introduces STEM Camp in a BOX!  This is a virtual and hands on approach to our usual on-site STEM Camp and will include a camp t-shirt, goggles, lab coat, and rocket for building (launch in August for all who want to participate).  The box will include 20 age appropriate STEM activities with all materials, laminated directions, and virtual how-to and why content.

The STEM Team at HPU is dedicated to providing the most relevant and engaging camp experience possible for students in grades K-6.  YES, we are working with the younger ones this time as well!  The cost is $175 for the materials and all access.

“When children are engaged in creative thought and conversation, it leads to a more motivated mindset, which in turn leads to growth academically,” said Dr. Shirley Disseler, Associate Professor of Education at HPU, who created the STEM Camp.  For more information about this virtual camp program, please contact Dr. Shirley Disseler at

VIRTUAL CAMP INFO:  REGISTRATION IS CLOSED FOR JULY STEM CAMP in a BOX–Please check back with us next year!
