Our services focus on technology in the classrooms, conference rooms, am event spaces. Technical equipment includes microphones, projectors, screens, tvs, and computers. We are not able to provide portable av solutions, those would need to be contracted out through an outside vendor.<\/p>\n<h2>A\/V for Student Events<\/h2>\n<p>If you are a High Point University student, please route your A\/V requests through <a href=\"https:\/\/service.highpoint.edu\/\"><strong>The Office of Information Technology<\/strong><\/a>. They provide complimentary assistance to students, faculty, and staff in need of IT assistance. Basic event support, software requests, generic requests, reporting issues, are all available through submitting a ticket through IT Requests &amp; Service. Be sure to check out the FAQs to make sure IT can accommodate your technology needs for your event. For more information or questions, contact the Office of Information Technology at 336-841-HELP (4357) or <a href=\"mailto:helpdesk@highpoint.edu\">helpdesk@highpoint.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>A\/V for Departmental Events<\/h2>\n<p>High Point University faculty and staff should request A\/V for events by submitting an <a href=\"\/concierge\/event-planning\/internal-events\/\">Event Request<\/a> or including this information in their <a href=\"https:\/\/25live.collegenet.com\/pro\/highpoint#!\/home\/dash\">25Live Request<\/a>. Be sure to check the box that reads &#8220;I am requesting assistance with audio\/visual technology&#8221; and describe your A\/V needs. \u00a0Please note that filling out the form does not guarantee the availability and that all requests are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.<\/p>\n<h2>Event Technology Policies<\/h2>\n<p>The following policies help us partner with you on your event to the best of our ability:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Requests must be submitted\u00a0<strong>no later than seven (7) business days<\/strong>\u00a0prior to the event.
