We help the HPU community simplify and navigate the complex details necessary to achieve a successful event on campus by providing guidance in the following are as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reserving space or offering guidance for how to reserve space on campus<\/li>\n<li>25Live space reservation training<\/li>\n<li>Advising on event technology needs<\/li>\n<li>Guidance through the event process based on the scope of your event<\/li>\n<li>Connecting you to campus partners for catering, facilities, campus and building access, parking, and transportation<\/li>\n<li>Offer basic templates for event checklists<\/li>\n<li>Advising of requirements of University policies<\/li>\n<li>Event design and production for University Strategic Events as determined by the Office of the President<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Submit an Event Request to get started<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"\/concierge\/event-planning\/internal-events\/\">Internal Events<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/concierge\/event-planning\/external-events\/\">External Events<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Office of University Events provides guidance and assistance that faculty, staff and students need to plan a successful event at High Point University.
