Experience international business first-hand while exploring Europe. Students will also have academic visits to the Port of Rotterdam and the Amsterdam Stock Exchange. Cultural visits will include the Louvre, the Palace of Versailles, and the Anne Frank museum. Global business is fast-paced and multifaceted, and so is this Global Experience course. Students will cover topics such as international trade, strategy, human resources, and cultural and political topics such as Brexit, the Euro financial crisis, and immigration. The course concludes with a two-week trip to Europe to visit international businesses and cultural landmarks. Students will have the opportunity to tour manufacturing facilities, have Q&A's with business representatives, and receive lectures from experts in international business.
