Explorations of France

Maymester Program
Explorations of France
Paris, France
Explore the City of Light on this one-of-a-kind language immersion program! Practice your French as you traverse the avenues of Paris and take excursions outside of the city proper. Visit numerous architectural wonders, sample mouthwatering foods, or shop the famed Champs-Élysées, all while embracing the Parisian culture. Students will observe the structural genius of the Eiffel Tower, browse the vast art collections of the Louvre and Musée d'Orsay, see the rose windows of Notre-Dame Cathedral, day-trip to the Châteaus of the Loire Valley, and take an overnight trip to Brittany and Mont Saint Michel. The avenues of Paris are lined with cafes where students can enjoy a meal while observing the flow of Parisian life. Sit back and soak in the Parisian culture. Paris literally has it all, and on this program, it is all yours! Students will come away from this trip with not only a stronger fluency in the French language, but also a greater understanding of Parisian and French culture as a whole. Once the center of the Age of Enlightenment, Paris continues to illuminate our understanding of the world around us.
