Why Support Study Abroad?<\/h3>\n

Studying abroad leaves a lasting impact on students\u2019 futures. Just ask our alumni!<\/p>\n

Study abroad provides students an opportunity to explore cultures outside of their own as they cultivate the knowledge and sensitivities required to succeed as global citizens. They gain self-confidence, build resiliency, and learn to communicate effectively in diverse settings.<\/p>\n

At HPU, we call these global life skills<\/b><\/a>. Now, more than ever, these global life skills<\/b> are necessary to help build a world that values difference, celebrates our common humanity, and works together to solve issues that challenge us all.<\/p>\n

The Global Education Study Abroad Scholarship<\/strong>, the first of its kind at HPU, will help cover fees associated with studying abroad to ensure that students from all backgrounds have the opportunity to benefit from study abroad.<\/p>\n
