This form must be completed by the social chair/risk manager/or president. Off campus social events are only permitted on Friday/Saturday nights. The guest list should be uploaded to website by 5pm on Thursday prior to the event. http://www.highpoint.edu/greeklife/social-event-guest-list/ I understand that by submitting this form on behalf of the chapter that I am agreeing to follow all FIPG policies and the policies outlined in the Guide to Greek Life. I understand that failure to follow these polices may result in judicial action against my chapter.
