On Tuesday, December 17, the PBS program hosted by Dr. Nido Qubein, Side by Side with Nido Qubein, featured Dr. Qubein\u2019s interview of Michael Fox, extended faculty member of HPU Law.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Michael Fox currently serves as President & CEO of the Piedmont Triad Partnership. He<\/strong> has led the Piedmont Triad Partnership (PTP) since September 2021, driving efforts to promote the Carolina Core’s strengths\u00a0and attract businesses and jobs to the region. He collaborates with economic development leaders to advance regional growth strategies.<\/p>\n

In addition to his role at PTP, Fox is a partner at Tuggle Duggins P.A. in Greensboro, specializing in business and real estate disputes, government affairs and zoning. With over 30 years of legal experience, he brings deep expertise in public service and economic development. He chairs the N.C. Board of Transportation, serves on the Boards of the N.C. Railroad Company and the Piedmont Authority for Regional Transportation, and actively contributes to regional transportation planning. His civic involvement includes serving on the Greensboro Planning Board from 2003 – 2009 and leadership in various organizations.<\/p>\n

In commenting on Professor Fox\u2019s participation in the broadcast, Founding Dean and Professor of Law Mark Martin noted:<\/p>\n
