November is Native American Heritage Month, a time to recognize, celebrate and honor Native American, Alaska Native, First Nation and Indigenous peoples.<\/p>\n

This month is a special opportunity to show respect and appreciation for the rich cultures, diverse traditions and knowledge, and resilient voices which do not merely reach us through the echoes of history, but are present and alive, enriching and uplifting lives throughout North America and beyond.<\/p>\n

Modern and historic abuse and inequities have not silenced these voices, which you can learn more about through some of the library\u2019s collections of print and electronic materials, like the ones below:<\/p>\n
