Etienne Charles & Creole Soul
High Point University welcomes internationally acclaimed jazz trumpeter Etienne Charles and Creole Soul to campus on January 19 and 20. Creole Soul is an expression of Etienne’s Afro-Caribbean background, evoking the sounds of the Trinidad Carnival, calypso, folk, and traditional American jazz and R&B styles. The concert will last for approximately 1.5 hours. The demand for these tickets will be high, and as such, we appreciate your efforts to use each ticket that you reserve or cancel it via email as soon as you can. We cannot guarantee that we can process cancellations and open seats on the day of the concert, so we appreciate your highest effort to find someone else to use your ticket if you can't come with less than 24 hours of notice. They can simply provide the name the ticket was reserved under.

Please note that HPU students are required to dress in business casual attire for this concert.

Jazz Ensemble Concert
The High Point University Jazz Ensemble, directed by Dr. Robert Faub, presents its annual Spring Concert at 7:30pm on Tuesday, April 4th in HPU’s Empty Space Theatre. The mission of the ensemble is to equip students to understand, interpret and improvise in a variety of jazz styles, utilizing the recordings and compositions of the great icons of jazz. We invite you to share in an evening of jazz with us!

A Night At the Movies - HPU Community Orchestra
The High Point Community Orchestra, under the director of Associate Professor of Music, Dr. Brian Meixner, presents “A Night at the Movies” on Tuesday, April 11th at 7:30pm in HPU’s Hayworth Fine Arts Center.

Requiem
REQUIEM by Mozart - Choral Concert
Mozart’s REQUIEM will be performed by all the HPU choirs with accompaniment from the HPU Community Orchestra and featuring soloists on April 24 at 7:30 p.m. in the Hayworth Fine Arts Center. Dr. Marc Ashley Foster, professor of music, will lead the ensembles for the concert.
