Per law, all surplus from Federal loans must be returned to the borrower.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Why is there is a business office hold on my account?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>A business office hold on a student\u2019s account is the result of an outstanding balance owed to HPU. This will prevent students from registration privileges, adding\/dropping courses, and from viewing official transcripts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Visit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.highpoint.edu\/studentaccounts\">https:\/\/www.highpoint.edu\/studentaccounts<\/a> for information on billing, payments, student health insurance, FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) forms, and withdrawals from the university.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>How do I pay my student\u2019s housing deposit?
