Dear HPU Families,<\/p>\n

It is hard to believe your student is finishing this academic year at High Point University. Congratulations to your student for their perseverance and tremendous success this year. We are so proud of them!<\/p>\n

Congratulations to you as well for supporting your student on this journey.<\/p>\n

Now comes their next chapter. Many will embark on study abroad experiences or complete internships and research opportunities this summer. Graduates will launch their careers or go on to graduate and professional schools. If your student has an exciting career, graduate school plans, a research opportunity or an internship lined up, please encourage them to share that information through HPU\u2019s\u00a0Share Your News form<\/a>. HPU works to feature and celebrate many student success stories on our website and various social media channels throughout the summer.<\/p>\n

Your student will continue to be advised academically and mentored by one of our outstanding faculty members. If your student wishes to continue classes or their academic growth over the summer, there are many opportunities for them to complete summer sessions for credit. You can find more information about those opportunities through the\u00a0Registrar\u2019s Office<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The entire campus, including the Office of Career and Professional Development<\/a>, will stay connected to our students this summer through meetings and programming opportunities to keep our students engaged with us and with each other. We will miss the daily interactions with our students, and we are beyond excited to see them again in August. We truly cannot wait to welcome them back home to HPU!<\/p>\n

For our graduating Class of 2026, we will miss having them on campus but know they are going to accomplish great things and will always be a part of the HPU family. We can\u2019t wait to see their futures play out. If your student has already secured their next step following graduation, encourage them to share their exciting career or graduate school news.<\/p>\n

It has been a joy, honor and privilege to work with your student. Thank you for trusting us with their care and wellbeing. We look forward to welcoming our students back home to campus soon.<\/p>\n
