This summer, rising senior Alan Vasquez Soto is working as an intern at Greenway Solutions, a small consulting company based in Charlotte, NC. Greenway Solutions does significant work for some of the top banks in the area, including giving insights on new technology, improving customer service through the implementation of innovative technology, and providing extensive cyber-security services. Alan’s assigned tasks have him learning various facets of Amazon Web Services (AWS), in hopes of applying it to conversational A.I. development for Ally Bank. Additionally, he is working on constructing a chatbot for Hertz rental cars.
