{"id":16,"date":"2012-09-20T19:07:22","date_gmt":"2012-09-20T19:07:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/marcbook.local\/hpu-wordpress\/registrar&#039;s\/transcripts\/"},"modified":"2023-08-11T17:18:35","modified_gmt":"2023-08-11T17:18:35","slug":"transcripts","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.highpoint.edu\/registrar\/transcripts\/","title":{"rendered":"Obtain Transcripts"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Requesting a Transcript:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Note:\u00a0 Students who attended\u00a0<strong>High Point University prior to 1984<\/strong>\u00a0must <em>provide a copy of a form of photo identification along with the completed<\/em> transcript request \u00a0by mail, fax, or email:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.highpoint.edu\/registrar\/mail-order-transcript\/\">Legacy Transcript Services<\/a>.\u00a0Only one recipient may be identified per request form.<\/p>\n<p>For students who attended<strong> High Point University after 1984<\/strong>, online transcripts requests can be made via the <a href=\"https:\/\/secure.studentclearinghouse.org\/tsorder\/faces\/TOBridge?_afrLoop=4450719007505407&amp;_afrWindowMode=0&amp;_adf.ctrl-state=b5gnvz3p_4\">National Student Clearinghouse <\/a>or in person at the Office of the Registrar in several formats:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Mailed or Electronic: <\/strong>Through the <a href=\"https:\/\/secure.studentclearinghouse.org\/tsorder\/faces\/TOBridge?_afrLoop=4450719007505407&amp;_afrWindowMode=0&amp;_adf.ctrl-state=b5gnvz3p_4\">National Student Clearinghouse<\/a>, current and former students can request electronic transcripts in the form of a PDF or mailed paper transcripts.\u00a0 The charge for PDF or USPS mailed transcripts is $5.00 per transcript. Additional charges apply for express mailing via FedEx.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mailed transcripts <\/strong>are printed on security paper, bear the official University seal and signature of the University Registrar, and are mailed directly to other institutions or agencies in sealed envelopes. <span style=\"color: #000080\">\u00a0<em>Transcripts will not be considered official if faxed, emailed or released directly to student or alumni.<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong>Electronic transcripts <\/strong>are secure PDF documents delivered either to a participating university via Electronic Transfer or to an individual through the <a href=\"https:\/\/secure.studentclearinghouse.org\/tsorder\/faces\/TOBridge?_afrLoop=4450719007505407&amp;_afrWindowMode=0&amp;_adf.ctrl-state=b5gnvz3p_4\">National Student Clearinghouse\u2019s <\/a>secure portal. \u00a0PDF transcripts are processed and delivered on demand. <em>Please note that we cannot produce electronic PDF transcripts for students who attended prior to 1984. \u00a0<span style=\"color: #000080\">If a PDF\u00a0transcript is sent directly to a student&#8217;s personal email address, it will NOT\u00a0be considered official<\/span>.\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Other Important Information<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Only one recipient may be identified per request form.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Hold for Grades\/Degree:<\/strong>When placing an order through the <a href=\"https:\/\/secure.studentclearinghouse.org\/tsorder\/faces\/TOBridge?_afrLoop=4450719007505407&amp;_afrWindowMode=0&amp;_adf.ctrl-state=b5gnvz3p_4\">National Student Clearinghouse<\/a>, you may choose to release your transcript after grades have been posted and\/or after degrees have been awarded.\u00a0 Note: This option is not available for pick-up only requests.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Inclement Weather or University Holidays:<\/strong> In the event of inclement weather or a university holiday, all transcript requests, including FedEx expedited orders, will be delayed until the next working business day.\u00a0 Please consult the University website for other holiday schedules and inclement weather notices.<\/p>\n<p>Note: Students applying to an HPU graduate program (except those using centralized applications such as PTCAS, PharmCAS, CASPA) do NOT need to request an official transcript.\u00a0 In the case that you do electronically request your official transcript from HPU, your money will not be refunded.<\/p>\n<p>Official transcript requests in person or via the <a href=\"https:\/\/secure.studentclearinghouse.org\/tsorder\/faces\/TOBridge?_afrLoop=4450719007505407&amp;_afrWindowMode=0&amp;_adf.ctrl-state=b5gnvz3p_4\">National Student Clearinghouse <\/a>will NOT be released for students with an outstanding financial obligation to the University.\u00a0 For questions regarding financial accounts, call the Student Accounts Office at (336) 841-9259.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Requesting a Transcript: Note:\u00a0 Students who attended\u00a0High Point University prior to 1984\u00a0must provide a copy of a form of photo identification along with the completed transcript request \u00a0by mail, fax,&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_hpuaeo_plugin_post_data":"","_hpuaeo_plugin_meta_tags":"","footnotes":"","_links_to":"","_links_to_target":""},"class_list":["post-16","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v27.1 (Yoast SEO v27.1.1) -
