The HPU Student Government Association Supreme Court is charged with interpreting any provision of the Constitution, Bylaws, and/or any legislation (i.e. bill or resolution) upon written request. In order to request a constitutional interpretation, please submit this form.

  • I agree to abide by the SGA Constitutional Interpretation Request process set forth by the Student Government Association Constitution and Bylaws. The SGA Supreme Court retains the right to ask any and all questions that pertain to the interpretation, as well as obtain any and all documentation needed for interpretation purposes. I agree to be in acceptance of the interpretation given by the SGA Chief Justice and Associate Justices of the Court. The resulting interpretation from the SGA Supreme Court is final and cannot be appealed.
