In order to reserve a room for the 2026-2027 academic year, current students must pay a $750.00 housing deposit. This must be paid on or before February 12, 2026 <\/strong>in order to use our online housing system. First Year students are not required to pay the $750.00 housing deposit in order to use our online housing system but must pay the $500.00 enrollment fee instead. Please be aware that paying the housing deposit does not guarantee a housing space on High Point University\u2019s Campus.<\/p>\n

Please note: Students cannot use their financial aid refund to pay their housing deposit.\u00a0 Students must sign up for direct deposit, receive the refund, then use these funds to pay the 2026 Fall Housing Deposit through the housing deposit portal (as an ACH).<\/em><\/p>\n
