If you are considering purchasing a new computer please review the following recommendations for your machine.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operating System: macOS 13 or newer or Windows 11 for PC<\/li>\n<li>Processor: Intel Core i7 Processor or higher or AMD equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Storage: 512 GB or larger<\/li>\n<li>Memory: 16 GB RAM<\/li>\n<li>Network: 802.11ac (minimum) Wi-Fi wireless networking, 802.11ax preferred\/recommended<\/li>\n<li>Other: Internal or external webcam, carrying case, headphones, microphone<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All students have access to Microsoft 365 (<a href=\"https:\/\/highpointuniversity.service-now.com\/help?id=kb_article_view&amp;sysparm_article=KB0010021\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Windows 11<\/a> | <a href=\"https:\/\/highpointuniversity.service-now.com\/help?id=kb_article_view&amp;sysparm_article=KB0010022\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mac<\/a>) and OneDrive cloud storage through the university.
