Before You Arrive

The University Dining Plan is provided for all residential students. The cost of the dining plan is included as part of your comprehensive fee. As part of the online billing statement, you will choose your dining plan through your HPU MyStuff account.



The Passport Card is the only form of payment accepted on campus and also contains a “General Account.” The General Account funds may be used at all dining locations on campus, the campus bookstore or at any of our 90+ Passport Partner locations throughout the city of High Point. Students can add funds to their Passport Card General Account through their MyStuff account when they are selecting their Meal Plan. Students and parents may make cash and credit/debit card deposits to the Passport card by using one of our “Passport ATM” machines located throughout campus or through Blackboard.

We also recognize that many students have specific dietary needs that often require specially prepared items. In order to make these items easily identifiable, we have developed several dining icons. These icons are used to label unique food items at all 13 of our dining venues. If you would like to discuss your dietary needs, please contact the Hospitality Team at: hospitality@highpoint.edu

Incoming students that wish to have a vehicle on campus must register their vehicle online prior to Welcome Week.


In order to register your vehicle for the 2014-2015 academic year, please click here. To log in and register you will use your network username and password. While there, you should review the updated parking regulations.

Please bring your vehicle registration on Saturday, August 23 to the Security & Transportation table located on the main level of the R.G. Wanek Center behind the waterfall in order to obtain your parking decal.

Set Up Your Email on Your Mobile Device



Every High Point University student receives a unique email address that will become the only account for official High Point University communication. Submit Health Forms and Sign Up For Student Insurance


July 1st is the deadline to submit completed health forms to Student Health Services. North Carolina State Law requires that all students submit a completed health form prior to the start of classes. All health forms are located in your MyStuff account.

 Students without primary health insurance are required to enroll and purchase a health insurance plan offered by High Point University through partnership with United Healthcare/Student Resources.

All students required to have insurance who do NOT submit a completed waiver and proof comparable coverage will be automatically enrolled in the program on Sept 1, 2014. For more information, please visit the Student Accounts website, call us at (336) 841-9259, or send us an email.
