Walk north on Panther Drive, then follow the sidewalk around that side of the building. An exterior stairway descends at the rear corner, and the entrance is at the base of the stairs.
Your instructors may use Blackboard to extend the classroom into an online environment. Through Blackboard, students will be able to engage with other students, submit assignments, take tests, view grades, and participate in real-time virtual classes.
This version of Office (which includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is available for free with your HPU account. To access the cloud-based versions or download Microsoft 365 apps, go to: myoffice.highpoint.edu.

HPU students are encouraged to maintain an active anti-virus software subscription, which will help prevent these types of attacks. OIT is happy to suggest software and help students download it.
OIT provides a campuswide printing service called Follow-Me-Print. This ensures printing is confidential to the user and reduces printed waste from documents left uncollected at the printer. Each multifunction printer is linked to a network print server, enabling students to print, copy or scan from a multitude of locations across campus.
Wireless and wired internet services are available in all of the resident hall rooms. For security purposes, connect your devices to one of our secure networks using your HPU credentials (HPU-5GHZ or HPU-WIFI). For gaming systems and Smart TVs connect to HPU-Gaming. We suggest connecting your gaming devices via ethernet for the best performance.
