Every High Point University student receives a unique email address that will become the only account for official High Point University communication. Monitor this account closely for campus announcements, billing information, academic messages, and other important communications. Alumni will retain their HPU email address indefinitely.
Visit service.highpoint.edu and search for Email in the search box for more information about setting email up on your individual devices, iPad/iPhone and Android.
To set up email on an iPhone or iPad:
- Go to Settings.
- Open Mail.
- Click Add Account.
- Choose Microsoft Exchange.
- Enter your HPU e-mail and description if desired.
- Click Next.
- Select Sign In on the pop-up box prompt.
- Sign in with your HPU email address and password on our website.
- Set desired account synchronization options and click save.
Your account has been added!
To set up email on an Android:
- Go into Settings.
- Choose Accounts and Sync at the bottom.
- Select Add Account.
- Select Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync.
- Enter the relevant information into the settings.
- Select Next.
- Select OK in the Remote Administration window.
- The following screens show optional settings. After making your selections, select Next to complete the process.
