HPU Student Gains Web Design Experience Through Greensboro Internship

HIGH POINT, N.C., Jan. 21, 2009 – James Yarbough, a senior at High Point University, is gaining valuable career experience thanks to an internship at IComm Design in Greensboro.
 
Yarbough, who is majoring in computer information systems, is interning as a Web designer and developer at the local company, which produces Web and media products for a variety of businesses in the Triad, including managing Natural Triad Magazine.
 
“I am working on primarily creating dynamic Web sites utilizing MGI and PHP/MySQL code,” Yarbough explains. “The internship allows me experience working on a variety of Web sites that are individually designed to fit each individual need of a client.”
