We currently offer two different six-week programs per semester where you will meet three times a week with your trainer.

Beginning this spring we will be expanding our offerings to have 1:1 Training, Buddy Training, and Small Group Training. 

Spring 2021 Session Dates:

Session 1: January 18th – February 25th (sign ups will begin December 1st)

Session 2: March 14th – April 22nd (sign ups will begin February 21st)
