HPU Evening Degree Program To Host Open House Events

HIGH POINT, N.C., June 18, 2009 – The Evening Degree Program at High Point University will host two Open House events this summer- one on the main HPU campus and another on the Winston-Salem campus. The events will be held from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. on July 14 and July 16.
 
The July 14 event will be held in the Norcross Front Lobby on the High Point campus; the July 16 event will be held in Room 113 in the North Building on the Winston-Salem campus (located off NC 52 and University Parkway).
 
The Evening Degree Program at HPU is for adult students committed to completing their degrees. The EDP offers adults personalized advising, convenient campus locations and classes held three nights throughout the week. Financial aid options are available to those who qualify.
 
Advisers from EDP will be available at each Open House to answer questions.

High Point’s Evening Degree Program has offered a comprehensive program for working adults since 1978 and is the oldest program of its kind in the Piedmont Triad. Between the High Point and Winston-Salem campuses, the program enrolls more than 900 students. More than 5,400 undergraduate degrees have been awarded.
