HIGH POINT, N.C., March 23, 2012 – Oluwatomi Aladeselu, a junior majoring in sociology with a minor in psychology at High Point University, is gaining valuable on-the-job experience at a local non-profit organization with her internship at Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Central Piedmont.
As part of her internship, Aladeselu is responsible for planning events, setting goals for the organization, filing paperwork and creating surveys.
“My internship will allow me to achieve my professional goals, because I’m gaining real-world experience about the advantages of working at a non-profit organization,” says Aladeselu.
