HIGH POINT, N.C., July 6, 2012 – The Office of Student Activities at High Point University has hired Julie Mainor as coordinator of student programming.
In her new position, Mainor will be responsible for creating an active and engaged environment by planning and implementing numerous events for HPU students – both on campus and in the local community.
Mainor, who graduated from HPU in May with a degree in hospitality management, says she is excited to create the same experience she had at HPU for future students.
“I enjoyed my four years of college at HPU, so I knew I wanted to come back and work for the university that has become my home,” says Mainor. “I hope to bring a lot of ideas and excitement to student activities so students will enjoy their time at HPU.”
