HIGH POINT, N.C., July 20, 2012 – Charles Swing has been hired as coordinator of graduate admissions in the Norcross Graduate School at High Point University.
In his new position, Swing will be responsible for managing the graduate application process and events that reach out to prospective graduate students.
“The innovative spirit of this community is very contagious,” says Swing. “I hope to provide friendly, professional and timely service to all applicants and students in the graduate school. I am also excited about meeting with undergraduate students at HPU and sharing more about the opportunities they can find in graduate school here.”
Swing, a native of Greensboro, earned a Bachelor of Arts in history and government from Erskine College and a Master of Education in student personnel administration in higher education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
