Smith Welcomed as Student Employment Coordinator

High Point University Rhonda SmithHIGH POINT, N.C., Dec. 14, 2012 – The Office of Student Financial Planning at High Point University recently hired Rhonda Smith as the student employment coordinator.

Smith is responsible for overseeing student employment and for coordinating employment with non-profit organizations within the community for work study and workship students.

Smith says she is excited about working for such an outstanding university.

“My purpose at High Point University is to prepare students in order for them to be successful in their new careers,” says Smith.

Smith earned a Bachelor of Science in public and community health education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She also earned an Associate in applied science in early childhood education from Alamance Community College.
