HIGH POINT, N.C., Oct. 7, 2013 – High Point University will host an open house for its Nonprofit Master’s Program on Oct. 22 at 5 and 5:45 p.m. in the Wilson Commerce Ballroom on campus.
Prospective students are invited to get an overview of the admission process, curriculum and potential career options with the degree.
Current faculty and students will also be on hand to answer any questions and provide details about the degree as well as demonstrate hands-on interactive projects that are gained from the degree.
“As the only university to offer a nonprofit management master’s program in North Carolina, we want to provide the opportunity for others to learn more about this unique program,” says Tracy Collum, associate dean of the Norcross Graduate School. “Many individuals have a desire and passion to work in nonprofits and this program affords them the route to make a make a greater impact through enhanced knowledge with practical implications.”
