Foster Joins Admissions Team

HIGH POINT, N.C., Dec. 8, 2014 – The Office of Undergraduate Admissions at High Point University recently hired Thomas James Foster III as admissions counselor. Foster facilitates the application process for prospective students from New York.

A native of High Point, Foster joins the admissions team with more than eight years of experience in trade marketing, sales and public relations, working with several Fortune 500 companies such as Novartis Pharmaceuticals and R.J. Reynolds. Now, Foster is ready to engage and support a new audience: high school students interested in attending High Point University.

“I am dedicated to delivering prospective students and their families a full-service experience, accentuated with a personal touch,” says Foster, noting that he most looks forward to helping students realize their full potential.

Foster is a dedicated High Point community member, serving as a mentor to local elementary and middle schools students, and speaking at area high schools on topics such as service learning and character development. He also is a former board member of the Guilford Nonprofit Consortium.
