HPU’s newest cohort of students represents a wide variety of academic achievement, service, backgrounds, cultures and geographic locations. Angie Paskewitz, one member of the Class of 2019, holds a state championship title in the rodeo field, along with many other academic achievements. Name: Angie Paskewitz
Hometown: Lucan, Minnesota
High school attended: Wabasso High School in Wabasso, Minnesota
Accomplishments: Paskewitz is the 2015 Minnesota High School Rodeo Association (MNHSRA) Goat Tying State Champion. She was also the MNHSRA student secretary. In high school, she was class president for three years, made the A Honor-Roll four consecutive years, and was Salutatorian at graduation (2nd in her graduating class of 26 students). At HPU, Paskewitz is involved in the Freshman Success Leadership team, the Volunteer Club, and the Sales Club.
Major: Business Administration and Marketing, minor in Sales
