HIGH POINT, N.C., Nov. 16, 2015 – Tremaine Skeen has joined the faculty of High Point University as an instructor of mathematics.
Skeen comes to HPU with more than a decade of experience teaching college math at Georgia Regents University and Randolph Community College.
“Mathematics is an amazing field of study because of its practical use in understanding a variety of disciplines,” says Skeen, who teaches introductory math courses at HPU. “I’m pleased to be here at HPU helping students develop a solid foundation in mathematics that will ultimately lead to their success no matter what area of study or career field they choose to pursue.”
Skeen received his Bachelor of Science in education with a concentration in math education and his Master of Arts in mathematics from the University of Georgia.
