HIGH POINT, N.C., Feb. 15, 2016 – High Point University has lowered flags to half-staff to honor Associate Justice of the United States Antonin Scalia who passed away. Flags will remain lowered until sunset on the day of interment.
President Barack Obama has proclaimed that Americans fly all flags at half-staff as a mark of respect for Scalia.
