HIGH POINT, N.C., April 15, 2016 – There’s still three more chances to attend High Point University’s production of “Cul-De-Sac” after the world premiere of the play, written by Broadway star John Cariani, dazzled audience members at the productions’ opening night on April 14.

A limited number of complimentary tickets are available for the general public by contacting the HPU Campus Concierge at 336-841-4636 for the remaining performances. Those productions will be held at 7:30 p.m. on April 15-16 and at 2 p.m. on April 17 in the Pauline Theatre of Hayworth Fine Arts Center.

Cariani, author of “Almost, Maine!,” has been developing “Cul-de-Sac” with HPU theatre faculty, students and alumni over the past year. The play takes place on a familiar cul-de-sac in a familiar neighborhood in a familiar town. The Johnsons feel stuck, the Smiths feel lost, and the Joneses seem to have it all figured out. The play takes a deeper look into the events beneath the surface of everyday suburban reality.
