HIGH POINT, N.C., Sept. 29, 2016 – High Point University will fly flags at half-staff today through sunset on Friday, Sept. 30. U.S. President Barack Obama ordered flags to be lowered as a mark of respect for the memory of Shimon Peres, former President and Prime Minister of Israel.
