Tonight, HPU President Dr. Nido Qubein presided over a ribbon-cutting ceremony to open the new academic learning lab honoring Jana and Ken Kahn for their generosity and support.
“High Point University is an institution we are honored to be connected with as the premier life skills university,” said Ken Kahn. “The new hotel will provide an inspiring environment to grow the leaders of tomorrow with hands-on learning opportunities.”
The hotel, located on the corner of Lexington Avenue and University Parkway, is named after Jana and Ken Kahn, who made a major gift to the university for the facility. It is connected to the Nido and Mariana Qubein Arena and Conference Center, which will hold its grand opening Friday.
