Post-graduation plans: Kyle is heading to Hoboken, New Jersey to start his career as an executive assistant for The Jill Biggs Group. As an executive assistant, he will be providing high-level administrative support, managing schedules, client communications and transaction coordination to ensure seamless operations. His role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion, enabling the realtor to focus on client relationships and business growth.
How HPU helped you get there: “I was able to use the networking skills that I learned at HPU to land this role. I am using the skills I learned in my classes and from other opportunities I had at HPU daily in my role and will continue to improve upon them to continue on the path I set for myself.”
Most impactful mentor at HPU: “Ginger Moore — Professor of the Practice of Marketing and Sales, was my most impactful mentor at HPU. Professor Moore was always there to lend a listening ear; she made me realize my goals and how to get there in a realistic fashion.”
How you used Career & Professional Development: “I use the Office of Career and Professional Development to help with my resume and cover letter. I was able to polish and refine my resume, along with my cover letter and tailor it to each individual job I applied to.”
What are the life skills HPU helped you develop that prepared you for long-term success? “The skills HPU helped me develop were networking, communication and problem-solving.”
