What are the life skills HPU helped you develop that prepared you for long-term success? “The confidence I gained from HPU’s supportive environment and encouraging staff has been invaluable. This sense of self-efficacy empowered me to take on leadership roles and make informed decisions, which are vital in my current position. The university also provided numerous opportunities to develop leadership and management skills, particularly through my role as a Resident Director. This experience taught me how to lead effectively, resolve conflicts, and motivate others to achieve shared goals.
