How HPU helped you get there: “The design department at HPU helped build up my portfolio to stand out to employers even among senior-level designers in the field.”
Most impactful mentor at HPU: “Janis Dougherty — Instructor of Visual Arts, as well as my graphic design professor, was my most impactful mentor at HPU. Not only did she help build my portfolio and teach technical skills, but her attitude, mentorship and belief in her students were incredibly influential in my day-to-day life.”
Most impactful moment at HPU: “The release of Toccatatones’ recent album was my most impactful moment at HPU as I was the Music Director for it. Not only did I help arrange and produce the music, but I also had an original song on the album and designed the album cover. It was a full circle and proud moment for me during my time at HPU.”
