HIGH POINT, N.C., Oct. 23, 2025 – High Point University invites the community to campus for an exciting lineup of cultural events. The fall and winter schedule includes a variety of music, art and theater performances that are free and open to the public. Kaleidoscope Dance Concert, Oct. 22-24 at 7:30 p.m., Hayworth Fine Arts Center, Pauline Theater. This concert is an exciting fusion of dance styles, celebrating the artistry and versatility of HPU’s Dance Program. It features original works by current HPU dance faculty alongside a guest performance by renowned artist Melissa Rector. A complimentary ticket is required. Wind Ensemble, Oct. 30 at 7:30 p.m., Hayworth Fine Arts Center, Pauline Theater. The HPU Wind Ensemble presents a Halloween-themed concert titled “Hallowinds,” featuring haunting harmonies, thrilling soundscapes and a few musical tricks and treats. Costumes are encouraged. No ticket is required.

Veteran’s Day Celebration, Nov. 7 at 8 a.m., Nido and Mariana Qubein Arena and Conference Center. Grammy Award-winning singer Lee Greenwood, whose hit song “God Bless the USA” has become one of the nation’s most recognizable patriotic anthems, will give a special performance. Featured speakers include U.S. Army veteran Edward Graham, chief operating officer of Samaritan’s Purse and the grandson of American evangelist Billy Graham. The event is free and open to all veterans and community members who wish to honor the men and women who have served our nation. Percussion Ensemble, Nov. 7 at 7:30 p.m., Empty Space Theater. Directed by Louis Raymond-Kolker, instructor of music, this program includes 21st century works for percussion, including keyboards, drums and unconventional sounds. No ticket is required.
Jazz Ensemble “Flying Home,” Nov. 8 at 3 p.m., Hayworth Fine Arts Center, Pauline Theater. Following the theme “There’s no place like home,” the HPU Jazz Ensemble will perform as part of Homecoming 2025. Expect an evening filled with classic and contemporary jazz pieces that evoke the excitement of travel, the joy of reaching a destination and the warmth of returning home. No ticket is required.
Instrumental Chamber Ensembles, Nov. 11 at 7:30 p.m., Hayworth Chapel. This concert celebrates the spirit of adventure and the comfort of coming home. No ticket is required.

Hello, Dolly! Nov. 19-22 at 7:30 p.m., matinee on Nov. 23 at 2 p.m., Hayworth Fine Arts Center, Pauline Theater. This beloved Broadway classic follows matchmaker Dolly Levi as she meddles, schemes and charms her way through 1890s New York in a celebration of love, adventure and the joy of second chances. Nutcracker in a Nutshell Ballet, Nov. 23 at 12:30-1 p.m., Hayworth Chapel. A beloved ballet in just 30 minutes. Bring your whole family to enjoy HPU’s Nutcracker display before the performance and complimentary cookies and hot chocolate afterward. No ticket is required.
Fresh Picked Music, Nov. 24 at 7:30 p.m., Empty Space Theater. The HPU Department of Music presents a concert of new music directed by Louis Raymond-Kolker, instructor of music. This production will feature the premier performances of music written by HPU music students and will include performances of other notable pieces composed over the past few years. No ticket is required.
54th Annual Christmas Prayer Breakfast, Dec. 5 at 8-9:30 a.m., Nido and Mariana Qubein Arena and Conference Center. For 54 years, High Point University has brought the wider High Point faith community together for the Annual Prayer Breakfast. This event includes an inspiring message by Rev. Holiday Choral Concert, Dec. 6 at 7:30 p.m., Hayworth Fine Arts Center, Pauline Theater.
