“My most impactful moment at HPU was attending the Presidential Scholars Weekend. It gave me the opportunity to see more of the school, get involved in different experiences and better understand where I could go after HPU while also getting a better understanding of the culture and resources here.”
Most impactful mentor at HPU:
“Dr. Bob Hirth, associate professor of entrepreneurship, has been the most impactful mentor I’ve had at HPU because he has made me really think about what I’m doing and, more importantly, why I’m doing it. He has pushed me to be more intentional about my goals and the decisions I’m making for my future.”
Advice for underclassmen:
“Keep pushing yourself and don’t be afraid to reach out to alumni. Building those connections early can open doors and help you learn from people who have already gone through the process of starting their careers.”
