Commencement Exercises Tickets

Ticket registration will begin mid-March. All eligible graduates will receive an email with ticket registration information in March.

Graduate Commencement Ceremony

Thursday, April 30 at 3:30 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.

Nido and Mariana Qubein Arena and Conference Center

Each graduate is allowed a maximum of 15 general admission guest tickets. Graduating students in cap and gown who process in the processional, do not need a ticket. Graduates will be seated with graduates by degree. Guest seating is available on a first come, first served basis. A ticket does not guarantee a seat inside the Qubein Arena bowl. Onsite overflow seating will be available to accommodate all guests inside the Qubein Center.

Tickets required for guests over the age of 2. To maintain the respectful and reflective tone of this formal occasion, children under the age of 5 will be welcome in the family viewing area rather than the main ceremony location.

Baccalaureate

Friday, May 1 at 4:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.

Wesley Memorial Methodist Church

*Undergraduate Students Only.

Each graduate is allowed a maximum of 2 general admission guest tickets. Graduating students in cap and gown who process in the processional, do not need a ticket for Baccalaureate. Graduates will sit with graduates. Guest seating is available on a first come, first served basis. A ticket does not guarantee a seat inside the church sanctuary. Onsite overflow seating will also be available.
