The High Point University Suite at Truist Point Stadium will be available for individual sign ups and departmental functions. It is to be used for High Point University’s use and by reservation only. All departments and organizations invited to attend a game or event in the HPU suite must always respect the mission and values of High Point University. Tickets are non-transferable.
Faculty/Staff Group or Outside Organization Tickets
Each group will receive 40 complimentary suite tickets for a game/event. The department must have 1 host (department representative) in the suite during a game at all times as the event coordinator.
- The host will make sure all 40 tickets are distributed and used.
- The host will provide attendance confirmation and a list of names to Sam Carr, Community Relations Specialists, 48 hours in advance for a game or an event.
Food and Drink
- Snack items and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided to the HPU suite via the Catalyst Club at no cost to the department or group.
- Additional food and drink items are available for purchase at the stadium.
- Additional catering and beverages purchased by department must be approved by the department’s vice president or dean.
- Alcoholic beverages will not be provided but available for purchase by an individual, not High Point University.
