Through an inspiring keynote from a world-renowned futurist, a practical workshop, and four self-paced online learning modules, you’ll gain the knowledge and experience to use AI as a powerful tool for learning, problem-solving, creativity, and productivity.
You’ll learn how to craft effective prompts, evaluate AI-generated content with critical thinking, protect data and privacy, and build workflows that save time while improving the quality of your work. No prior experience with AI, coding, or technology is required.

Hands-On AI Tools Workshop
Get hands-on with today’s leading AI tools, from ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot to Claude, Gemini, and Canva. Guided prompt-writing exercises, real work tasks, and a Personal AI Action Plan tied to your goals. The workshop is recorded, so you can attend in person or complete it online.

This module introduces the basics of artificial intelligence (AI), including what it is and how it works. You will learn how AI systems use data to recognize patterns, make decisions, and support real-world applications.

Learn prompting basics, focusing on using role, task, context and format to communicate clearly with AI. This module will teach how to structure inputs to produce more accurate, relevant, and effective responses.

This module equips learners with the skills to critically evaluate AI generated outputs, identify issues such as hallucinations, bias, and inaccuracies. Participants will apply practical evaluation frameworks to assess trustworthiness and make informed decisions about appropriate use.

Complete the Hands-On Workshop
Complete the full facilitated lab, including your Personal AI Action Plan, in person or online.
Pass Online Modules 1-4
Score 80% or above on each module, with unlimited attempts to learn. All modules completed by the end of the semester.
