Security Guards

Additional security may be required by High Point University for larger events. The number of guards will be depend on the number of guests attending the event.

Insurance

The University requires a Certificate of Insurance which names High Point University as additional insured for all dates of usage, including set-up, rehearsal (if applicable) and clean-up. The certificate must specify a minimum of $1,000,000 in coverage for bodily injury and property damage.
Do you have insurance coverage which will provide the above comprehensive coverage for the dates of your event?(Required)
If your answer is YES, please forward the Certificate of Insurance to University Events. If your answer is NO, a special limited term coverage is available through High Point University. Please contact University Events for instructions on obtaining this required coverage. Absence of insurance coverage will cause cancellation of the event.
