- Reserving space or offering guidance for how to reserve space on campus
- 25Live space reservation training
- Advising on event technology needs
- Guidance through the event process based on the scope of your event
- Connecting you to campus partners for catering, facilities, campus and building access, parking, and transportation
- Offer basic templates for event checklists
- Advising of requirements of University policies
- Event design and production for University Strategic Events as determined by the Office of the President
