The Office of University Events provides guidance and assistance that faculty, staff and students need to plan a successful event at High Point University. We help the HPU community simplify and navigate the complex details necessary to achieve a successful event on campus by providing guidance in the following are as:

  • Reserving space or offering guidance for how to reserve space on campus
  • 25Live space reservation training
  • Advising on event technology needs
  • Guidance through the event process based on the scope of your event
  • Connecting you to campus partners for catering, facilities, campus and building access, parking, and transportation
  • Offer basic templates for event checklists
  • Advising of requirements of University policies
  • Event design and production for University Strategic Events as determined by the Office of the President
