Our Leadership Institute is based on the prestigious Harvard Business School Seminar for the Young President’s Organization (YPO).
Select faculty from the High Point University Phillips School of Business including the Dean, Dr. Daniel Hall leads each session. We also work with the industry or company to bring in Hall of Fame level leaders to interact, teach and challenge the participants.
Twenty-Five is the perfect cohort size but can be expanded if needed.
The program is in-person, face-to-face, which allows for sharing of ideas, group case studies, and live presentations. Incredible networking opportunities occur as participants learn, create, present, dine and spend three and a half days together at each program.
The initial leadership program in year 1 focuses on the Four Pillars of Leadership: Vision, Communication, Culture and Execution. Then in years 2 through 5, we take a deep dive into one pillar each year weaving in current challenges that may be facing the industry, the country and the world.
The most successful programs last three and a half intense days of learning, participation and group presentations.
On the beautiful campus of High Point University in the Nido and Mariana Qubein Conference Center. Participants stay in the boutique Kahn Hotel connected to the conference center.
Of course, we always customize the program and create case studies relevant to the industry with which we are working.
Surveying our participants after each leadership institute has produced Net Promoter Scores of over 95% each year.
Based on a cohort size of 25 including four nights in the Kahn Hotel and all meals during the program, the range typically is $6000 to $8,000 per participant.
